The purpose of this organization is to positively impact the lives of youth by promoting health and wellness, community, and education through cycling.
We promote healthy habits and provide mental and physical health benefits through cycling. We provide coaching, technical assistance, and group rides to help new and experienced riders develop their skills. We offer opportunities for youth to compete or participate in local, regional, and national events.
We create a sense of camaraderie and build strong communities around cycling. We aim to make cycling accessible to all youth, regardless of their financial situation or special needs.
We provide instruction to help new and experienced riders develop their skills and knowledge.
Registration is open May through August for the Mountain Bike Team! The team is open to 6th-12th grade students in Cook County. We practice 3 afternoons per week in August, September, and October. We race with the Minnesota Cycling Association; racing is optional. We partner with the Superior Cycling Association to provide loaner bikes for riders that need one.
